- You have at least two years of experience working for a Recruitment Agency, ideally in the Life Science sector, and a strong performance track record.
- You enjoy sales and want to lead by example and support your team through your own performance.
- You have a proven track record of success in recruitment and are eager to build and grow your business with us.
- A strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation round out your profile.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
